Do I need to become a member?
Not at all. Membership is completely free and gives you discounted pricing plus Royalty Rewards, but you're welcome to pay casual pricing on any visit.
How do I join the FREE Royalty Rewards Membership?
Joining is easy and completely free. Simply use the Membership button on our payment kiosk in-store, complete the quick registration, and you'll immediately receive member pricing on eligible washers and dryers while earning Royalty Rewards.
How do I choose the right washer and dryer?
Our Pricing Guide includes recommendations to help you choose the right washer and dryer for your load. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us before your visit — we're always happy to help.
How long does drying usually take?
Most loads typically take around 35–50 minutes to dry depending on load size, fabric type and drying temperature.
How do I pay for drying?
Our dryers are timed, so you simply add drying time as you need it. Start with an initial amount of time, then add more time in small increments until your laundry is dry — you only ever pay for the time you use.
Do you have a change machine?
There is no change machine on-site. Please bring your own $1 and $2 coins if paying with cash, or use card and mobile QR payments.
How does Weekend Transfer pricing work?
Your total is simply the washer price + the dryer time used + a $3.50 Weekend Transfer fee per washer transferred. No hidden costs.
Are detergent products available?
Yes. Laundry detergent and other laundry essentials are available in-store from our vending machine, so you can grab everything you need on the day.
Can I wash pet bedding or pet items in the regular machines?
No. For hygiene reasons, all pet bedding, pet blankets and other pet-related laundry must be washed and dried using our dedicated pet washer and dedicated pet dryer.
Can I wash horse items?
No. Our pet machines are for dog and cat items only. Horse and rabbit items are not permitted.
Do I need to bring shampoo for the dog wash?
No need. Every K9000 wash includes warm water, premium shampoo, conditioner, flea & tick treatments and use of the blow dryer.
